It's been a while

It's been almost a month since we updated the web site. We've added several new videos and pictures from the past month. Ian has gotten more and more vocal now. His favorite song is "The wheels on the bus" and "If you're happy and you know it". He does the round and round with his hands but I haven't caught that on video yet. Then he finishes the song with "all around the town". He definitely knows "no" and "mine". He also says "oh wow", "oh oh", "hooray", "up", "more", "please", "round and round", "milk", "woof woof" for dog or any animal, "belly button " or something like that, "poo poo", and "pee pee". This week he is starting to say yes and mean it when we ask if he has "poo poo". He knows where his eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and belly button are. He loves to run around and around. We take him outside and to the community park area when we can. He gets very upset when he can't go outside. He's got mommy's cabin fever. We went to the zoo yesterday but forgot the camera so no pictures. He thought every animal was a dog and said "woof woof". He wasn't so interested in the animals though but more of the freedom to run around. As we say all the time, he's getting so big.

Ian wouldn't be nicknamed "plague" without getting sick. He had strep throat last week and has been on antibiotic. While he has gotten better, he still has a runny nose and getting a slight cough. Mommy and Ian are suppost to go to San Francisco for President's Day weekend, cross your fingers that he doesn't get sick. We really hope to make it up there this time. We haven't been there in several months.

Ian is starting to look more like Andrew now with a hint of yellow in the skin. He's got the cutest curls in the back of his head. We haven't cut his hair yet because we're afraid we'll lose his curls. He is his mommy's son though. He loves grapes, apples, french fries, udon noodles, rice, and macaroni with soup. He's daddy's son because he loves his veggies too.

For those who haven't heard yet, Traci's pregnant again. The 14th will be the start of the 17th week. We'll use the Parent's Corner Blog to update you on how the pregnancy is going.

In case we don't get to update this soon, hope everyone has a Happy Valentine's Day and a Happy Chinese New Year! Gong Hay Fat Choy!
